13th Birthday Celebration

Yes, we officially have a teenager in our home! We enjoyed celebrating with a family party, after she celebrated in Dallas, TX with Uncle Robert & Aunt Sheila, Ronnie & Family and Ryan & family. Catalyn was able to fly back there with my mom for @ a week and she came home the day after she turned 13. Therefore, she got 2 parties!! I guess you only become a teenager once. ☺ We enjoyed celebrating with a "Birdie" day party with everyone else when she got home. It was a surprise of some sort, she thought she forfeited a party by flying to TX. She was overjoyed at having all her favorite people here when she got home...her family. Thank you Nana for the beautiful cake!!

Summer Vacation

We've had a very busy Summer. We decided to take a road trip up the California coast line to San Francisco. We only made it to Paso Robles when Nana had a heart attack in Bakersfield. We ended up cutting out the Santa Cruz and San Francisco part of the road trip. We still had a wonderful and full Summer that was mixed with excitement, relaxing and lots of family time!!!
